James Standing Team Performance Co-ordinator

James is now in his eighth season with Leigh having joined the club as Assistant Kit Man at the age of just 14. He has played for the Club's youth and reserve teams and is an FA quaified football coach. James was recruited in March on a full-time basis as Team Performance Co-ordinator.

"It's great to be involved with the Club full-time, and with the move to the new ground and the great changes that are planned, it's an exciting time and I'm really looking forward to taking on the strategic match and performance analysis for the team."

Jame's role is varied and vital, Assisting the Manager with the orgainising of training, and kit and equipment preparation for matches and training. Off the field he is also a part of the administrative staff, and will be managing the implementation of new, cutting edge match analysis tools.
